      If you already have a Paypal account, just go to Ebay, click on "purchase history". Look for the item you need to pay. Click on "pay now" and it will route you to Paypal where you will sign in to pay for the item.

        go to paypal.com set up account , add funds , pay online without using your c/cards or bank acc.
