I'm seeing this is a Vista and AOL 9 compatibility problem. If this is the case for you, you have to uninstall AOL and then do a system restore on your computer back to a time before the problem existed. (You will lose anything added to your computer between then and now). If this doesn't work, you'll have to run your Vista installation disc again.
