When I create a word document or template and print it, there is a second page that prints the file name, folder, title, subject, editing time, etc., etc. I would like to not print this. How do I do it. Thanks.

Sounds to me like you have a hidden page break. The easiest thing is at the print page box, go down to the page range square and click on the circle for the option and pages you desire, 1 page, pages 1-4, etc.
