If you don't have a Mac, do this...go to your start button, click control panel, find add/remove (or uninstall) programs, click it, see list of programs, scroll and find the name of the toolbar(s) you want to remove, click remove or uninstall.

Macs are different we have a couple of people here who have Macs that can tell you how if you have a Mac.
