Here is a nice little poem I created about my delema............There was a time I had the runs...I pushed and pushed and out came tonnes...All over the floor and out the door...I waited a while then out came more...I hope in this there is a lesson for you....When the urge comes on its better if your near the loo...( the word loo is another name for toilet in the UK)
