My Outlook mail will receive but will not send out? I use kapersky as my virus software.
I recently had the system virus cleaned and spam cleaned at a Staples store. Since I had it home it will not send on my Shaw email account. Shaw walked me through their end and claim it is something on my system. I had Kapersky software installed when I had the system cleaned, and am not sure what is causing this email glitch.
