Satan the Devil in the Garden of Eden. It was the seed of doubt. He implied that Adam and Eve could decide for themselves what was right and what was wrong. He implied that man did not need GOD and that they were missing out on something, their own right to rule.

Real forward thinker that Satan. God gave us free will. Guess Satan was onto something there. : )
