    how do I put a cat in a carrier?

    If you are struggling as 6dogs said do what he/she said but you could put a towel over the cat so it cant see where its going this does work as one stage of my life I had 10 cats good luck melanie
    Turn the carrier so the opening is at the top, then drop the cat in back end first.

    Yep, just the way I do it.
    You hide the carrier and do not let the cat see it then you sneak up on the cat have the door open and ready and in it goes.
    It depends on what type of carrier you have. If it has a front opening, put on some gloves, so it won't scratch you, and push it in. Perhaps you could put some meat inside to entice it to enter.
    Backwards is easiest. If you leave the carrier open and on the floor earlier in the day, allowing the cat to go in by itself, it will feel more comfortable about you putting it in.
