    Why do I have such a problem signing in? Account Number won't accept 3 of last 4 digits?

    My password was changed yesterday. Neither old nor new worked... got "Username locked."
    Filled in all the information. Could not type in last 3 digits of my account numer

      Ask Call Centre and ask for another pasword.
      Maybe your pasword is failed or not activated.
