If you deleted your old browser then you won't be able to get the favorites back. They are gone with the old browser.
You can reinstall 9.5 but the new one will nor come with your favorites you had saved to the old one.
You can download 9.5 here http://daol.aol.com/software/aoldesktop96/ Make sure you import the favorites from the browser you are using now into the 9.5.
