A guy named Tom Day started this I do not know when but it is a volunteer organization that he started that he actually has a whole lot of volunteers that they have people in uniform play "TAPS" with actual bugles at services for miliatary funerals. It is not a taped thing it is actual volunteers that are in uniform and play "TAPS" with bugles live for the military funerals because he said they deserved it and they do.
