Just put your cursor where your menu bar should be, right click and click on menu bar.

You can use the "file search" in your Operation System. You will find in the Menu, but I do not know what OS you use.

Use "file search" to find out the lost file. If you still can not recover them. Try to use the backup of your OS to retrieve the lost data. or else you have to use data recovery program to get back them. I recommend Card Data Recovery. It is an ominipotent data recovery program that can reover data for all Windows OS.

You can freely get the program from here: http://www.card-data-recovery.com
