By eating healthy yourself. Check the family's diet and make the necessary changes. Be consequent with the new diet and don't let your kids nag you into returning to the former, maybe not so healthy diet you were following before. They will adapt to it. The place where you learn how to eat (healthily or badly) is at home.
You will notice that healthy food can be just as yummy or even more delicious than junk food. Try it out, get informed.
