    I cannot receive and send emails from my account.

    Can somebody help me show me what is I need to do with my account? I cannot send emails. My account does not receive emails. I cannot make long distance calls overseas.

      We can't help you if we do not know what account you're talking about. You're talking about e-mails and long distance phone calls. I'm lost.
