I've covered this a few times, but for my seven-inch wrist, the Pelagos 39 is essentially perfect. You'll need to fiddle with the sizing and link the setting of the T-Fit, but it's light, sits flat, and wears really really well on the bracelet, which tapers to 16mm at the clasp.
