This is just one of many changes to be made, but it does a great deal for you:
Avoid sugared drinks. That means no Coke, no Sprite, no Ginger Ale or the likes, nor sweetened fruit juice. Don't pour sugar in your tea or in your coffee.
Drink everything plain.
And yes, exercise.
