    I have lost a whole lot of weight, but I would not recommend the way I have -------STRESS, STRESS and More STRESSS, cannot eat much at all anymore.

    I think you'd have to combine that with limiting your calories and exercising.

    This is just one of many changes to be made, but it does a great deal for you:
    Avoid sugared drinks. That means no Coke, no Sprite, no Ginger Ale or the likes, nor sweetened fruit juice. Don't pour sugar in your tea or in your coffee.


    Drink everything plain.


    And yes, exercise.

    Eat only every other day and less than 2,500 cals. per day as well as exercise 5 times a week aerobically for 1 hour. If that does not work, cut off an arm and you are sure to lose 8 to 12 pounds.
