In order to clear your cache and cookies, go to the settings of your browser. you should find there an option to "delete cookies" or "clear browsing data", depending on your browser:
Internet explorer: Tools->Internet options->delete cookies.
Mozilla Firefox: Tools->Options->Privacy->show cookies.
Google chrome: settings->tools->clear browsing data.
