Press start, go to administrative tools, right click on services. On the right side of the box scroll down to print spooler. Double click on Print Spooler in the box, click stop. Repeat and click start. This refreshes the print spooler. Make sure the startup type says automatic and service status says started in the box. Then restart your computer. See if that helps.

I can't find your previous answer, and looked in spooler and there isn't anything under printer and it won't let me start. Where do I go again.... sorry! I really appreciate all of your help.
