    3. I purchased 4 yrs. college for my son Ryan Patrick Tynan DOB 3.17.88 when he was a child. He used some college credits at Macomb County College over the last several years. He is now in the active military (Marines) and will no longer need the college credits as the military provides him with his education. Can I get a refund on unused credits and what show I do to start the process. Also, how much money is remaining unused in his account. Thank you. Shelley Tynan
