    If you have paid your house off and need money desperately, don't need to worry about leaving your home to family members after you die - then go for it.

    Other than that this is a questionable practice IMO.
    it depends on your current financial situation,who you have that you want to leave the house to.if you have no one and need more money to do what you want,then i suppose it is ok .otherwise i would say not a good deal.
