Water is dripping under the glove compartment of my 2003 A4 Audi , when I turn on my AC. Is it a clogged condenser?

I would think a clogged drain or fan not working. The water comes from the temp change and has to drain somewhere.
If the condenser was clogged you would not put out ant cool air.
Yes I go along with the drain pipe/hose being blocked or disconnected.
Some times the tube that carries the condensed water to the street gets disconnected. This may have happened right above your glove compartment. Try tracing the tube from your engine compartment and check.
