can my insurance company insist I buy replacement jewellery rather than giving cash value?
We were burgalled and they took, amongst other things, my grandmother's wedding ring, my mother's engagement, wedding and eternity rings, my weddiong ring, the birth stones my husband bought me when our 3 boys were born etc. All totally irreplaceable and between 25 and 90 year old. Can they just give me a voucher to spend on jewellery at a jeweller or their choice.
