PEOPLELOVER
In the case of Ireland don`t get confused, Northern Ireland is part or UK and use UK pounds. The republic of Ireladnd (the big southern bit) use Euro but most will take UK pounds. Also if you get a in car GPS with UK map it will NOT show the Republic of Ireland. However if you get a UK / Europe map it will. Tossed that in just in case you are cosidering going to Ireland.
