    Is it true that in Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to drive?

    Although it is often tolerated in rural areas. Saudi Arabia has no written ban on women driving.
    Speaking of Saudi Arabia, when the dust settled from 9/11, and we found out that 17 out of 19 of the conspirators were Saudi citizens, why didn't we go to war with that country instead of Iraq or Afghanistan?

    Because S.A. is a friend of America. The two nations share so much in common that it wouldn't be proper for a war to break out over a trivial matter of 2 buildings. Oh...and there's that "you got, I need" oil issue as well.

    Yes, we buy quite a bit of oil from them too.
    They do drive here. No malls over there. An occasional camel auction maybe.
