      Unlikely. Sad thing is it's going to cost you money. Getting popped for dope is never good, so open the yellow pages, Look under Attorneys.

        you wouldn't have been arrested without probable cause. Depending on your criminal record, if you have one, you may get probation for two years.

          Depends on the type of dope. Heroin offenses are treated differently than reefer. You will most likely not go to jail, if this is your first offense. If this is more than one, you deserve jail time. Good luck with Buh Buh, and big Earl.
