    Do human beings need God to be good?

    No. Humans very quickly find out that doing a bad thing to another, will eventually come back and bite them in the rear. Therefore treating people as you want them to treat you is only common sense. This applies to non believers and believers alike.

    God set the moral standard for what is "good". So what do you think?
