If you have a PC, on your monitor see menu. You can adjust it from there.
If you have a laptop, pressing and holding the function key (abbreviated as "Fn", found on the bottom row, left on your keyboard) and pressing the up or down arrow keys (bottom right) increases and decreases the brightness.
