You would have created a password for Facebook. You can not use your e-mail password for Facebook. If you can not remember the password you used when you created your Facebook account, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and they'll send you a new one to the e-mail address you provided them with when you created the account. Once you get logged into Facebook, go to Account (on your profile page, upper right) then account settings, then see password (small letters, change password) then create a password you can remember.
