      Does it also itch?

      These are three possibilities I can think of:

      a) It could be a fungus.
      b) It could be neurodermitis.
      c) It could be an allergy.

      Observe whether the spots and the dry skin occur after eating something in particular, whether they pop up when you are stressed out, after manipulating certain substances or materials, etc.

      In any of the three cases, it is recommendable you go and see a dermatologist.

        could be dermatiis or / and eczema. Both of them are irritaions caused by something your allergic to. Sometimes, these outbreaks can be caused by nerves....like a big change in your life.
