      If you and your partner share an IP address. FB's terms of service states clearly only one account per user. They check this through the IP addresses. If their spybot locates 2 or more accounts with the same IP address, it will shut down all but the first account created under that IP address. Contact FB if this could be the issue. 1-650-543-4800
