    My computor will not download the latest version of Windows Messenger

    I am trying to install a webcam but my old version of Messenger is preventing me from downloading the new essential version for it to work.

      Do you have the space, how much hard drive space do you have?

        Plenty of Ram? You may need an upgrade to the system?

          you may need to be the administrator of the computer to download certain applications i.e. windows, mozilla excetera
