He was hired by a Temp. Agency in CT. and worked almost 2 yrs full time until comp. closed down and moved South. Can he collect Unemployment?

i would think so , depending on how long ago he was laid off.. he needs to take his 1099s or w2s and go to the nearest unemployment office and open a claim

I believe he can as long as he received a paycheck with taxes taken out of it.
