If you miss a dose of a sexualy transmitted disease lucky you. Next time use a condom and you will not have a "nine day wonder" well that is what we called it in the army.

If on the otherhand (maybe that would work in the first instance also)you missed a dose of medicine, if close to time for next dose wait and only take a single dose do not double up. If you are more than eight hours from next scheduled time take a dose now and again at normal time.
