    What? Do you mean the last number as in the sequence of numbers?
    There isn’t a last number. Mathematicians tells us that no matter how large a number you would get to, there would always still be one larger. This idea is important in science and has a special name, infinity.

    That is why we call it infinity. We use the word infinity to represent the largest number as we don't know what the larges number is.
