      Could be a bad connection from either server. Sometimes the servers do not communicate with each other properly. Try Skype (it's free). I only use Skype as it's superior to basic IMing. http://voice-ip-expert.com/index.asp?aff=15255&camp=ms_voip_us_by_voip1&se=ms
