    I've been a customer of yours for years, yet now when I try to send a card I get repeated demands to "join". The option to "log in" is covered by another option to "join" and so I get nowhere. Where is the old system that worked?

    I have been a customer of yours for years, yet when I try to send a card now, I'm asked to "join" and I get nowhere at all.
    It used to work. What happened?
