If you want to send a videos stored on your computer via Gmail, you can open "compose mail" on the right menu in your Gmail home screen, then click on "attach a file" and select the file you would like to send. make sure that your file isn't to big to be sent as a single file. If it is too big and you'll get a message from Gmail saying it's too big, Then you can compress it using Winrar or Winzip and split it into several files.
