No,you will have to go through the courts to have her evicted,make sure things are right between the two of you before moving her in,and know that relationships have ups and downs.Take the bitter with the sweet.I would hope one argument would not mean you are packing her bags.:)

all depends how long shes been living with you. if over thirty days might be a problem ,check you state laws and by no means dont do anything stupid or youll be the one looking for a place to live..
