i think neosporin also comes in a cream base.

Antibacterial Ointment, today usually has 2 or three types of Microbial Genocide, One just in case the other dosn't do the complete job, and a third for the rougher bugs today like mersa. Alts? Soap and clean cool to very warm water, scrub, and if realy bad, like road pebbles imbedded in skin, be sure to get every foriegn object out, and rinse with hydrogen peroxide2% until foaming tames. USE ONLY ONCE, due to the mass extermination of bugs, even the good healing ones are wiped out. Use only at original treatment. Fallow with BAG BALM in a green or red tin...ask the pharmacist...It is over the counter.
