Administrative password? You'll have to contact your computer's support place. Like if it's a Dell, contact Dell support. They will charge a fee to reset the password. That's the only way I know how to do it. Someone else may have a better answer and hopefully will see this question once it moves to the answered page. Not everyone sees the questions on the unanswered page.
