Use antibacterial ointment, not creme.

Minor chunks can be helped with a topical neosporin-triaminacin-or some such over the counter, twice lightly daily, should do the trick. Smaller tags can be dealt with immediatly with your own external oils from the skin on the bridge of the nose. Natural Lip Balm, that you wont be allergic to, and you carry everywhere with you, on it's own container/server. Makeup should not be used, so start with a natural nose, to use, or you will risk inf785tion.
