Good work t.u., I don't care if he's crazy he murdered people and should have to pay for his crimes, just my opinion. I think when your purposely take a life you should be held accountable for your actions.
I agree. He was 'sane' enough to have a gun, know where and what time to find Ms Giffords in order to shoot her, not to mention the 6 yr old he killed among others. I was very dissapointed that he was deemed 'unfit' to stand trial today. He should be tried and pay the piper regardless of how 'incompetent / insane' he presented on his evals.
