    1999 cutlass oldsmoblie overheating fans not working, replaced relay switch already

      Cut the main lead to the fan, run it straight to the battery to see if the fan motor is still any good. If it is the problem is somewhere in your wiring, trace it back to find the problem. Hope this helps.
