The chest, Ribcage, and diaphragm?? Maybe the gallbladder but I think it's attached to the underside of the kidney..FYI the kidney is about the same size as a football.

what absolute tosh! you would have real problems if your Kidneys were the same size as a football!
OOps, you are right - I was thinking of the liver...I think the gallbladdder is attached to the liver not the kidneys - thumbs up for you.
