thanks colleen they don't have a power of attorney over me i am still jobless since employers in naples fl won't hire people with limited mobilities i have been collecting and recycling cans for cash doing odd jobs for pay like babysitting kids and elders.

if an adult over age 18 yrs old that uses mobility walking aids for support and balance and can still function as a competent independent adult can their parents put their adults in an adult group home w/o their consent just because the person has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the left knee and needs walking aids for support they should be allowed to live an independent life instead of their parents living their lives
