      There is right now, a cure of sorts for HIV and aids........if people take their medications. It's not a permanent cure, but it allows them to stay alive and function in their jobs. They have to take a cocktail of various meds daily . Of course, in some countries, where they do not have access to those meds, they're still dying of aids
