        I take a prescribed pill that gives me abbots to run out of the house and do something , anything, chase the cat, look for bug under rocks to feed spiders and chickens, scratch flaking paint off the garage with my fingernails for a couple of hours, cheek the mail for the fifth time, go to the store and smile at everyone so they all smile back and think I’m insane, drive back home with a police escort, drink 3 cups of coffee and go directly to bed with a sleeping pill. Sleep 12 hours and get up groggy and bored.

          ABBOTS def. That’s when your abdomen becomes excited and starts tweaking and turning everything on in a radial pattern until you are flying out the door in a rushing wind like you dawned the “MASK”.

                  Mostly do some reading, sometimes go down to the beach and look up at the stars, and pray.
