        depends on several things. if you're a male, and are slightly muscular, 100 lbs for 5' and 5 lbs for each inch over 5'. this adds up to approximately 150 lbs. If your 'lean' 145 lbs, muscular/athletic 165 lbs.
        females it's 4 lbs for each inch over 5 feet.
