    Instead of building robots to fire bullits and rockets should the makers/designers have been working on robots to work in nuclear plants?

      If theyhave thought the situation would deteriorate so far they shouldnt have built these reactors in the first place.

        Earth quakes area, tsunami history, radioactive matterial, hydrogen, shaken "and" stirred is not a heathy concoction.
