    Message in window: Outlook cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network.

      I don't know anything about outlookexpress but why not try Mac Mail for your mail, easy to set up and I've had little problems with it.
      Won't hurt to try and if for some reason you don't like it you can change back.
